One score, four things we won't fake.

Every tool runs on a live six-listing portfolio for a full booking cycle. The final number is weighted so reliability counts more than a slick demo.

The four criteria

  • Reliability — 35%. Does it hold up on a busy weekend without a human babysitting it? Missed messages and double-bookings are scored hardest.
  • Time saved — 30%. Real hours back per week, measured against doing the same job by hand.
  • Support — 20%. How fast a real person answers when a guest is already at the door.
  • Value — 15%. What you pay versus what you'd lose in missed nights and mistakes.

The process

We set each tool up from scratch on the same six listings, run it for a full booking cycle, and log every failure and every hour saved. Scores are reviewed by a second host before publishing and re-checked at least twice a year — the "Updated" date on each review is the last time we verified it.

A tool is never scored on its marketing or a sandbox demo. If we couldn't run it on a real listing, it doesn't get a number.
